The Color Card provides digital access to website-based tools, resources, and member-only content. Unless expressly stated, no physical product is shipped.
Access may include tools such as The Color Card Toolkit, the Thread Color Converter, future V1 tools, member-only resources, and related updates according to the plan or product purchased.
2. Billing and Payment Processing
By purchasing access to The Color Card, you are responsible for reviewing the price, plan terms, access period, included features, and any billing details before completing your purchase.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe, PayPal, Framer-compatible payment integrations, or similar providers. The Color Card does not directly store full payment card details.
Third-party payment providers may have their own terms, fees, privacy practices, and processing rules.
3. Access After Purchase
Access generally begins after successful payment and account setup, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
If you have trouble accessing The Color Card Toolkit or any purchased digital resource, please contact us so we can review the issue.
4. Refunds
Because The Color Card provides digital access to tools and resources, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but refunds are not guaranteed unless required by applicable law or expressly stated at the time of purchase.
If you believe there has been a billing error or an issue with your access, please contact us and we’ll review it.
5. Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact The Color Card as soon as possible. We may ask for transaction details, the email address used at checkout, or other information needed to review the charge.
6. Pricing and Plan Changes
Pricing, included features, access terms, and available plans may change over time.
Limited-time pricing may end, be updated, or be replaced by future pricing. Unless otherwise stated, pricing or plan changes will apply prospectively and will not guarantee access to future products, features, or pricing structures.
7. Future Tools and Updates
The Color Card may release new tools, updates, refinements, or resources over time. Access to future tools, features, or updates depends on the applicable plan or product purchased.
Future tools, features, release timing, and continued availability are not guaranteed unless expressly stated at the time of purchase.
8. Optional Support Payments
Optional support payments, including “Buy Me a Skein of Thread” payments, are voluntary business support payments. They are not purchases, memberships, subscriptions, charitable donations, or tax-deductible contributions.
Optional support payments do not provide access to paid tools or member-only resources unless expressly stated. They are generally non-refundable because they are voluntary and not tied to the purchase of a specific product or service.
9. Cancellations
If The Color Card offers recurring plans, cancellations should be managed through the applicable account, member, or payment platform. Cancellation terms may vary depending on the plan.
If access is purchased as a one-time digital product or one-time access plan, cancellation may not apply after access has been granted.
